====== 指定每场比赛的球队官员 ======

当在单机模式下指定官员方法如下：

点击“修改”，然后点击官员。

点击“+”，此时在右侧“官员属性”栏输入官员信息。

输入完成点击关闭对话框

打开比赛，点击“官员信息”。此时大屏幕显示官员信息画面
